Festival Carriages is based in Oldham Lancashire UK and was first established in 1989. Roy Pennington has for a long time provided horse drawn carriages for weddings, special occasions and promotions.
Our drivers have over 48 years experience between them, and our grooms are experienced drivers and riders.
The traditional Landau can either be drawn by a pair of horses or a team of four. The Landau can be covered in seconds if the weather should become inclement.
The horses are Austrian Haflingers, they are well schooled and 100% reliable in the heaviest of traffic.
In 2003 we had the honour to be picked to convey the Lord Mayor and Lady Mayoress, at the Lord Mayors parade in Chester. |

| Unlike traditional wedding cars or limousine's, the drive to church will be a head turner. With the bride in full view, drawn in a traditional Landau. By two or four matching Haflinger horses. |

Arriving at church all eyes will be on the bride, as she alites from the Landau. Assisted by one of our uniformed grooms. |
